As a tester, you may receive access to unreleased products and confidential information. You agree to maintain strict confidentiality and not disclose any product details, feedback, or campaign information to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConsumerXLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of the Terms of Service.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway.
